In the annual survey among the Swedish 18-year-olds, which is carried out by the Swedish Agency for Community Protection and Preparedness (MSB), it appears that a majority believe that they need to manage without support from the public for a maximum of two days in a crisis.
In a real crisis situation, society's resources will first go to the most vulnerable. Most people may need to fend for themselves for significantly longer than two days. The most important thing is to have water, food, heat and to be able to communicate and receive important information (Försvarsmakten, 2024).

How can you prepare the young population for a crisis where the water is turned off without them having to make an effort themselves?
