Malmöfestivalen.
As the manager of the secondhand stores at Skåne Stadsmission, I had a close collaboration with Malmöfestivalen to create an inclusive and engaging meeting place. We had the opportunity to run a café during the festival, where we not only served food and drinks but also highlighted our social work.
In addition to the café operations, we participated in the festival’s creative concept by furnishing and designing containers that served as spaces for discussions, workshops, and activities. I was involved in coordinating and executing the project, where we used repurposed and sustainable materials to create an environment that reflected the values of both Malmöfestivalen and Skåne Stadsmission.
Through this collaboration, we not only gained visibility for our work among a broad audience but also strengthened our network, created new partnerships, and provided more people with an opportunity to reintegrate into society.
At both Skåne Stadsmission and the Red Cross, I have worked extensively with styling and photography for their various channels and social media.
Skåne Stadsmission
Skåne Stadsmission opened a store at Stora Kvarngatan. I was the project manager and developed the concept for the store along with the café. I wanted to create a feeling of coming home to your grandparents. Cozy, with the smell of coffee and freshly baked cake. Sit in an armchair and read a book, then buy it if you like. The store is located near a school, and after school hours, the store and café filled with families who enjoyed coffee and looked around the shop.

Skåne Stadsmission opened a store at Mobilia in Malmö
I was the project leader and made the concept and planned the store.
